Hey Readers!
After being flooded with junk mail for years, I have decided to follow my grandfather and fight back. How are we fighting back? We are fighting junk mail with junk mail!

The majority of the junk mail that I recieve is from companies such as Capitol One that include envelopes with pre-paid postage. We use these to our advantage. We take everything that was sent to us and then some, stuff it in the pre-paid envelope and send it back to the company. We even stuff the envelope they sent everything into the envelope. By sending them back the junk they sent us, they quickly realize to stop sending stuff our way.
My grandpa has been doing this for some time with a lot of success and I only started recently so I can’t yet say how much it has decreased the amount of junk mail I get. I have also heard of people doing similar things but placing a variety of objects in the return envelope that would cause the companies to pay an oversized envelope or an overweight fee. I hear that is the most effective but I figured I should start out small. I will report back on my results, but right now I have a large number of Capital One envelopes to stuff and ship!
