Hey everybody!
Sorry it has been so many months since I have blogged on here! After Battlestar Galactica ended, I stopped blogging here for some reason and focused my writing skills on the Global Geek News Blog and the awesome tech news site TechVi.com. I have decided to focus more on this blog because some exciting things are starting to happen, mainly I am going back to school starting today!
For those who haven’t heard, I am one of the few students out of thousands of applicants to get into the brand new online school University of the People. I am looking to finish getting my Computer Science degree after having been out of school for just over 2 years. Just a quick little bit about the school, it is a tuition free institution that is open to anybody around the globe that speaks English and it is focused on the social networking angle of education. Right now it is only for those seeking a computer science degree or a business degree but they look to expand in the future. Anyway, since they are a new school who is opening its doors for the first time today and is very different from any school ever created, I am going to blog every bit of my experience on here. I don’t know if I will have daily updates about it, but I expect to have some updates at least once or twice a week among everything else that I plan on blogging about.
Speaking of things I plan on blogging about, I have decided that I am going to shift the focus of this blog slightly and make it about everything that is on my mind that doesn’t fit anywhere else that I write. Everything from a cool YouTube video I have seen to my rants about the idiot construction workers that make my commute a nightmare, I am going to be putting it on here. Some posts will be long, some will be short but I want this to be an uncensored place where I can put everything that is going on with me and my thoughts about the world around me. I can’t promise I will post everyday because my life is already hectic as it is without school, but I will do my best. I am hoping to juggle all of my current projects and hobbies while going back to school but I don’t know just how successful I will be with that.
Since I am very tired and need to go to bed, I will save some updates on things like my podcasts until the next post which should come sometime in the next 24 hours. There is a lot to talk about and catch everybody up on so stay tuned! One last thing, although I do know that the BSG movie, The Plan will be out on DVD before it airs on TV, I still plan on live blogging the tv airing for those who are still interested since I promised to do it when the show ended earlier this year.

Hey Readers!
This is just a quick post about tonight’s BSG live blog. First, it starts an hour early tonight at 9pm EST. As usual, I plan to get things going 30 min early where I will talk about a number of things including some upcoming appearances by BSG cast, the BSG movie coming out soon and much more! Make sure you are here for it!
Don’t forget, tonight’s show is a 2 hour show preceeded by last week’s episode which will also air after the 2 hour show tonight. There has been a Battlestar Galactica marathon going on today and continues through the show tonight.
Make sure to tell all of your BSG loving friends and family to be here tonight for the live blog. I have decided I will be doing a giveaway tonight! I think I will give the winner an option of either a BSG DVD set or an autographed picture of Kate Sackhoff. Those are a couple of options anyway but I have a couple of other things in mind too. - 9:01 PM pcnerd37 - First they showed some prophecy stuff and now stuff about the 4 cylons.
- 9:02 PM pcnerd37 - The humans and cylons go to Earth and find it destroyed. Here we go!!!!
- 9:02 PM pcnerd37 - Tye is walking along the beach looking at the devastation as well as everybody else
- 9:03 PM pcnerd37 - No signs of human life, the whole planet is devastated.
- 9:04 PM pcnerd37 - They are trying to find the source of the radio transmission but it is weak. The water has radiation saying the planet was nuked 2000 years ago.
- 9:05 PM pcnerd37 - They have now left the planet headed back for Galactica.
- 9:06 PM pcnerd37 - The crew has gathered around to hear good news from those returning from earth only to be given a shaking head from the President and the crowd erupts wanting answers from the President.

- 9:11 PM pcnerd37 - Kara seems to have found the colonial equipment that sent the transmission.
- 9:11 PM pcnerd37 - The signal seems to have come from Kara’s ship that is in all kinds of pieces on the planet.
- 9:12 PM pcnerd37 - Dee seems to be taking care of the chief’s daughter while he is on Earth.
- 9:12 PM pcnerd37 - What appears to be a mass grave is being dugg up including Centurions!
- 9:13 PM pcnerd37 - The design has never been seen by the Cylons although it is similar.
- 9:13 PM pcnerd37 - There is speculation that the 13th tribe was Cylon.
- 9:14 PM pcnerd37 - Lee is trying to get the President to say something to the Quorum but she ignores him.
- 9:15 PM pcnerd37 - Back on Earth, the chief seems to find somekind of writing on a wall.
- 9:15 PM pcnerd37 - When the chief touches the wall, he is transported back to what appears to be a Marketplace in Earth when the nuke hits.
- 9:17 PM pcnerd37 - Lee and Dee are talking about their past.
- 9:18 PM pcnerd37 - Lee is trying to figure out what to tell the Quorum.
- 9:19 PM pcnerd37 - Back on earth, Kara is still finding pieces of her viper.
- 9:20 PM pcnerd37 - Kara just discovered her skeleton in the cockpit of her viper.
- 9:22 PM pcnerd37 - Oben who has been with her the whole time is shocked and doesnt know what to say. He says that something isnt right. Kara tells him that she is the harbinger of death and will lead people to their end.
- 9:22 PM pcnerd37 - He walks away freaked out and she is clearly upset.

- 9:25 PM pcnerd37 - We are back!
- 9:25 PM pcnerd37 - They are still wandering around the wreckage that is earth.
- 9:26 PM pcnerd37 - The chief is sitting against the wall he touched earlier.
- 9:27 PM pcnerd37 - The 4 cylons are talking about when they lived there.
- 9:28 PM pcnerd37 - The 4 cylons are trying to figure out what happened, how they are still alive, how they got to the other colonies and why they thought they are human.
- 9:28 PM pcnerd37 - The President is burning a prophecy book.
- 9:29 PM pcnerd37 - Adama is trying to cheer up the President.
- 9:30 PM pcnerd37 - The President says that Adama should have never listened to her and now he leaves while she is still burning the book.
- 9:31 PM pcnerd37 - A shaddowy figure, likely Deanna seems to be building a funeral pyre for the cylon centurion that was found dead.
- 9:31 PM pcnerd37 - Correction, it was Kara burning her own body in a funeral pyre.
- 9:32 PM pcnerd37 - Lee and Dee are walking down the hall talking and holding hands.
- 9:32 PM pcnerd37 - They are now kissing.
- 9:33 PM pcnerd37 - Dee and Gayda are now talking as he puts a sock on his stump of a leg.
- 9:34 PM pcnerd37 - Dee is looking at a picture of herself of a child and realizing what her life has become.
- 9:35 PM pcnerd37 - OMG, Dee just committed suicide by shooting herself in the head after hanging her wedding ring up in her locker.

- 9:43 PM pcnerd37 - We are now Tye’s quarters and Adama is there.
- 9:43 PM pcnerd37 - He grab’s Tye’s alcohol and starts drinking and says they should have a heart to heart talk.
- 9:44 PM pcnerd37 - Tye says he is sorry he didnt have the guts to tell Adama sooner to which he says Frak You! That machines dont have guts.
- 9:45 PM pcnerd37 - Adama seems to have lost hist mind, throwing stuff, drinking with the pistol sitting in front of him and is talking about Tye’s wife.
- 9:45 PM pcnerd37 - Tye grabs the gun and holds it to Adamas head
- 9:45 PM pcnerd37 - Now Adama is holding a gun to his head.
- 9:45 PM pcnerd37 - Commercial.
- 9:49 PM pcnerd37 - We are back.
- 9:50 PM pcnerd37 - Tye sits back down while Adama still has a gun to his head.
- 9:51 PM pcnerd37 - The guns are down now. Adama is sharing a story from the past.
- 9:51 PM pcnerd37 - He is talking about corning foxes near a river as a younger person.
- 9:52 PM pcnerd37 - Tye says they cant kill themselves as the people need a leader.
- 9:53 PM pcnerd37 - The number of remaining humans is now one fewer (Dee).
- 9:53 PM pcnerd37 - Lee is on Colonial One talking to Kara.
- 9:53 PM pcnerd37 - Lee is telling Starbuck about Dee.
- 9:54 PM pcnerd37 - Starbuck was about to tell Lee about what she found when he told her about Dee.
- 9:54 PM pcnerd37 - There has been no talk of the 5th cylon so far this episode.
- 9:54 PM pcnerd37 - Adama and Tye are now back in the CIC
- 9:55 PM pcnerd37 - Dee has been replaced. Gayda has been told to look for a new star system.
- 9:55 PM pcnerd37 - Adama is calling the Cylon baseship to see if they want to go with him.
- 9:55 PM pcnerd37 - Adama is new addressing the crew.
- 9:56 PM pcnerd37 - I mean fleet, not just the crew.
- 9:57 PM pcnerd37 - He is talking about the 13th tribe and how they found a new home and how they will find a new home too.
- 9:58 PM pcnerd37 - Deeanna is telling Tye that she wants to stay behind on Earth and die.
- 9:58 PM pcnerd37 - Tye is walking out into the ocean.
- 9:59 PM pcnerd37 - He has picked up a piece of metal that appears to be a safety deposit box door.
- 10:00 PM pcnerd37 - He is now flashing back to being on earth, trying to get somebody out of the rubble at the bank.
- 10:00 PM pcnerd37 - It was his wife!
- 10:00 PM pcnerd37 - Elen is the 5th Cylon!

Hey readers!
After some thought, I have decided that I will live blog the return of Battlestar Galactica! I don’t know how many people will be interested, but I think it sounds like fun. It might be useless depending on how Sci-fi airs its shows based on timezones, but I will be live blogging the airing of it at 10PM EST (8pm Mountain time, which is my time). The live blogging will take place on this blog. A post will go up shortly before that time with the live blog session or link to it. I hope that all of the BSG fans out there will join in! If this goes well, I might do it for all of the remaining shows and possibly for other shows in the future.
